These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of cozyclancreations.com (the “Site”) and your purchase of our products (including digital downloads, shirts, and mugs). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms.
Checkout is completed through PayPal’s cart checkout flow. PayPal may open in a new tab/window during checkout.
1) Eligibility

2) Products
- Digital products: delivered electronically (e.g., downloads). Digital items may not require a shipping address.
- Physical products: shirts and mugs are shipped to the address you provide at checkout.
- Product descriptions: we try to display products accurately; colors may vary due to screens/printing processes.
3) Orders, Pricing, and Payment
- Payment processor: payments are processed by PayPal; your payment relationship is with PayPal under its terms/policies.
- Pricing: prices shown at the time of purchase apply to that transaction; prices may change later.
- Order acceptance: your order is accepted when payment is successfully processed and we confirm the transaction.

4) Shipping (Physical Items)
- Address accuracy: you are responsible for providing a correct shipping address.
- Processing and transit: timelines vary; any delivery estimates are not guarantees.
- Risk of loss: risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the carrier, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
5) Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges
Digital products
Due to the nature of digital downloads, all digital sales are final once delivered, except where required by law. If a file is corrupted or materially defective, contact us and we will provide a replacement or reasonable remedy.
Physical products (shirts and mugs)
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused items in original condition, unless an item is marked final sale or otherwise non-returnable. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.
- Return shipping: customer pays return shipping unless the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged item).
- Refund method: refunds are issued to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the return.
- Custom/personalized items: if you offer custom items, add your custom return limitation here: CUSTOM POLICY (IF APPLICABLE).
6) Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Site for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes.
